National Theatre Live is an exciting initiative of the Royal National Theatre in London to broadcast live performances of the best of British theatre to cinemas and movie theatres around the world.
NT Live launched in Cyprus by RIALTO theatre in September 2012. Since then, the Theatre has continued the screening of selected performances.
In 2025 Rialto Theatre will screen the following performances:

7 May: The importance of being Earnest, Direction: Max Webster
22 October: Dr. Strangelove, Direction: Sean Foley

National Theatre Live is a fantastic way to make acclaimed stage productions accessible to audiences who may not have the opportunity to see them in London. The addition of both Greek and English subtitles makes the experience even more welcoming. When I'm looking for something lighter between cultural events, Slope Rider, a browser-based sled racing game, offers a quick and easy form of entertainment.
