Terms & Conditions

  1. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the theatre and by buying this ticket you accept all the rules.  

  2. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to patrons that breach any rules and regulations of the Theatre. 

  3. The reduced price of tickets can be ensured by showing the supporter card or other relevant documents at the box office. 

  4. Returned tickets will be accepted up to five (5) days prior to the performance.  

  5. After the performance begins, seat numbers are not valid and the Theatre Management reserves the right to deny entrance.  

  6. Transfer nor consumption of any food or beverages is strictly prohibited in the theatre auditorium. 

  7. Entrance to the theatre of people under the influence of alcohol or other substances is not allowed. 

  8. Pets are not allowed in the theatre. 

  9. The transfer and possession of glass bottles, cans, weapons, flammable materials, sharp and dangerous objects is not allowed.  

  10. Mobile phones have to be disabled during the performances.  

  11. Photographing, sound or video recording are strictly prohibited. 

  12. The public has to comply with the instructions the staff of the theatre.  

  13. Theatre staff has the right to banish spectators that ostrich the performance and or other audience members to watch it.   

  14. The spectator consent to appearing in any photography or video recording of performances and events, inside and outside of the Theatre.

  15. The Theater has space for 4 wheelchairs with free entrance and their escorts are entitled the reduced ticket price.  

  16. The Rialto Theatre (both indoors and outdoors) operates in accordance with international standards and the health and safety measures announced by the government.
