Flash Art Festival

This holiday season, Rialto Theatre presents the festive performance “Have Yourself a Very Big Band Christmas” with the Cyprus Collective Big Band. On Saturday, 20 December 2025 at 20:30, the 16-member ensemble will take the stage for a lively Christmas concert featuring jazz interpretations of beloved holiday classics.

Initiated by Nicholas Georgiou, the band brings together sixteen high-level professional musicians renowned for their technical skill, creativity, and dedication to their music. United by a shared passion for jazz music, they draw inspiration from collaboration, shared experiences, and mutual respect—qualities that are reflected in their energy and creativity on stage.

The concert features Duke Ellington’s jazz interpretations of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Suite, alongside other iconic Christmas works.
