ANNOUNCEMENT 4th Cyprus Choreography Showcase – 2026

The Department of Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture and Rialto Theatre announce that this year’s 4th Cyprus Choreography Showcase, originally scheduled for 6–8 March 2026, will be postponed to September 2026.

The Cyprus Choreography Showcase (SΧΚ) is an established event that aims to present selected choreographic works to artistic directors and international contemporary dance festival organizers, who are invited specifically for this purpose. Its goal is to support choreographers in gaining international visibility and presenting their work abroad.

The organizers have decided to change the dates of the 4th Cyprus Choreography Showcase due to recent developments in the wider region of Cyprus and the consequent cancellation of flights for this year’s invited guests, which would have hindered the achievement of the event’s objectives.
