“FOUR HANDS PLAY, OR HOW TO DO EVERYTHING OUT OF NOTHING”
Suitcase-duet "KVAM" is formed by two artists from Saint Petersburg, Andrey Knyazkov and Alexey Melnik, their principal occupation is puppet theatre artists.
It often happens that a talented artist becomes unable to remain within the limits imposed by his profession; he moves further learning by his mistakes and achieves something even more significant. The most important thing is for his fantasy not to fail him... After all, a real puppet genre artist must be capable of doing everything and even more than that!
Thus if his doll is taken away from him and he is left surrounded by some home utensils he will be absolutely able to create something interesting to remain in the memory. And an ordinary person will remain amazed by the artist's capacity to create out of a casserole, two ladles and a sailor's striped vest a charming creature able to dance in such a way that any acrobatic rock'n'roll dancer will envy him.
The story goes this way - a real puppet theatre artist must also be able to do such tricks.
What is going to happen if there is absolutely nothing available at hand? ABSOLUTELY nothing is available!
This will not become a problem for such caliber artist.
Using only his hands lit by a stage light he will show you for example the story how the world was created. And your heart will sink of joy!
You do not believe?
Of course one can read this and forget it, still it's better to see it yourself.
