Plan & Rules of the Theater

*Reservations can be made, in person, by telephone or through the Internet as soon as the diary of events is published.

*All tickets must be collected at least 48 hours before the performance, otherwise the reservations are cancelled

*The day berofe the berformance no reservations are made. Ticket payments can be made at the box office or by telephone by giving your credit card number.

*Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or credit card

*Returned tickets will be accepted up to two days prior to the performance. If possible to re-dispose returned tickets can be accepted up to 30 minutes before the performance commences.

*Supporters are eligible to the usual discount on tickets, by giving their Rialto Membership card number.

*Performances start at 20.30 throughout the year

*It is requested to be at the theatre by 20.15

*After the performance begins, the seat numbers are not valid, and the theatre management reserves the right to deny entrance.

*In deference to the performers and the audience it is requested that young children should be kept quiet.

*Consumption of any food or beverages is strictly prohibited in the theatre auditorium.

*During the performance cellular telephones should be turned off

*Photographing, sound or video recording of any performance is strictly prohibited
