Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations can be made, in person, by telephone or through the Internet as soon as the diary of events is published. 2. All tickets must be collected at least 48 hours before the performance, otherwise the reservations are cancelled. 3. The day of the performance and the day before, no reservations are made.4. Ticket payments can be made at the box office or by telephone giving your credit card number.5. Returned tickets will be accepted up to two days prior to the performance. If possible to re-dispose returned tickets can be accepted up to 30 minutes before the performance commences. 6. Supporters are eligible to the usual discount on tickets, by quoting their Rialto Membership card number. 7. Performances start at 20.30 throughout the year. 8. After the performance begins, the seat numbers are not valid, and the Theatre Management reserves the right to deny entrance. 9. In deference to the performers and the audience it is requested that young children should be kept quiet. 10. Consumption of any food or beverages is strictly prohibited in the theatre auditorium. 11. During the performance mobile phones should be turned off.
12. Photographing, sound or video recording of any performance is strictly prohibited.
